Understanding Our Process

o I work with limited daily energy, so my communication will be strictly focused on necessary updates, progress reports, and questions about your commission. I will not engage in casual or frequent chatting. This is not personal, it's how I manage my capacity to deliver quality work..
o Turnaround times vary based on my current workload and complexity of the piece. I will provide a realistic estimate after the deposit is received and references are approved. Please expect possible delays beyond the initial estimate, especially during detailed shading/rendering stages.
o Sketches and line art usually come together pretty quickly but I would like to take my time, especially during the shading process, to ensure your commission turns out just right.
o I often work on 2–3 commissions simultaneously to maintain steady progress across projects. After the sketch is sent and approved, you may not receive frequent updates. I will contact you if there are any significant delays or if I need clarification.
o If you do not hear from me for 7–10 days after sketch approval, feel free to send a polite follow-up. I aim to keep all clients informed but prioritize actual artwork over constant messaging.
o Final files will be delivered as high-resolution PNG via email or a file-sharing link (Google Drive preferred for large files). Watermarks will appear on all WIPs and any publicly shared versions.

Terms and Conditions

o By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
o I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.
o I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio for self-promotion, with credit to you as the commissioner/character owner.
o Major changes or alterations after lineart approval incur an additional fee ($10+ depending on scope).
o I work within my established art style. Heavy style deviations may be refused or quoted separately.
o No refunds once payment is received and work has begun (including after sketch approval).

Process & Timeline

o Provide clear, high-resolution references (character sheets, color refs, pose ideas). Insufficient references may result in additional design fees or refusal.
o Estimated completion: 4–8 weeks after starting, depending on current workload and complexity. This is an estimate only, major delays will be communicated.
o I work in a simple style: white/gradient backgrounds, flat colors or basic shading. Complex poses, intricate outfits, or detailed backgrounds will incur extra charges (discussed and quoted before payment).
o I often work on multiple pieces simultaneously. Updates will be sent as progress is made (sketch → lineart → color). You may request a WIP once per stage.
o My timezone is GMT+8. I aim for professional, focused communication. If you do not hear from me for 7–10 days, a polite follow-up is welcome.

Payment

o All commissions are paid in USD via PayPal invoice.
o Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
o Once payment is received and references approved, I will add you to my active queue or waitlist.

Waitlist Policy

o I accept a maximum of 5 waitlist requests at a time.
o Submit your request via email ([email protected]). I will reply to confirm acceptance or decline.
o If my social media states the waitlist is full, please do not send requests.
o Once a slot opens, I will contact you. You have 48 hours to confirm and pay, or the slot may go to the next person.

• Additional props are up to 30 to 100%, depending on the complexity. (It can happen during the drawing process so pay the fee before I could continue on your commission)

Rights & Usage

o Prohibited: Editing the image, removing watermarks, reselling, printing for sale, using for commercial purposes, training AI, feeding into AI generators, or any other use not explicitly permitted.
o The commissioned piece is for personal use only. This includes posting on your personal social media (with credit), using as a profile picture (PFP), or personal wallpapers.
o You may repost the final artwork with proper credit to me (@presageflower18).
