Understanding Our Process

o VERY IMPORTANT: I struggle with low energy daily, which can leave me feeling mentally drained. As a result, I might not be as engaging during our interactions. However, I will always ask questions and engage with you to improve the artwork, accommodating any changes or fixes to meet our standards. My responses will be focused on the commission to avoid any misunderstandings. I hope this doesn't come across as rude or unfriendly, and I appreciate your understanding.
o My schedule gets a bit hectic, so it might take me a little longer than I initially estimated to finish your artwork. I hope you don't mind a bit of extra time if needed.
o Sketches and line art usually come together pretty quickly but I would like to take my time, especially during the shading process, to ensure your commission turns out just right.
o Between commissions, I might be juggling a few other projects. I'll always keep you updated on where we're at though.
o Typically, I'll be working on a couple of commissions simultaneously. If you don't hear from me within a week after seeing the sketch. Don't worry, I'm still on it, just making sure everything's perfect.
o When everything is complete, I'll send you the original image (PNG) via email. Just a note, I can only send it to a Google account.
o All commission pieces will have a watermark on them to protect my work.
o And lastly, please bear with me if my English isn't perfect. I might make a few grammatical errors here and there, but I hope you'll forgive me. :D

Terms and Conditions

o I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
o I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for self-promotion and share it on my social media channels. Rest assured, I'll always credit you for the inspiration.
o I use PayPal to send invoices in USD. Before I begin work, full payment must be received in advance.
o Once payment is received, I'll start drawing.
o Your commissioned piece is for personal use only. Please refrain from altering the image, removing watermarks, selling it or use it for AI. I don't consent to that. Thank you for your consideration.
o Feel free to share your commissioned artwork on your personal social media accounts, just make sure to give credit.
o If a commission is beyond my expertise or for any other reason, I reserve the right to cancel it.
o Any requested alterations once the lineart process has started will incur an additional fee of $5 or more, depending on the revisions.
o I offer various color palettes, including warm, pink, and normal. Let me know your color preference early on,, but keep in mind it will be within my art style. Feel free to reference sent my previous work for style inspiration.
o Completion typically takes between one to two months. You're welcome to request updates or work-in-progress images at any time. My timezone is GMT +8, and if there are any delays due to personal reasons, I'll keep you informed. If you haven't heard from me in a week, please don't hesitate to reach out.
o Once I start working on your commission, refunds are not available.

Commission Details

o To ensure I capture your character accurately, please provide a clear reference with high resolution for your desired commission.
o I'll do my best to capture your character and commission in my style.
o Keeping things simple! I usually stick to a white background, flat colors, or gradients. I'm still honing my skills, so simplicity works best for me at the moment.
o Keep in mind that complexity and poses may incur additional charges, especially for characters with intricate outfits or detailed features.

Payment

o Payment: 100% upfront and in full via PayPal.

Waitlist Policy

o I can only accommodate 2-3 commissions at a time. However, if slots are full, you can still join the waitlist.
o To join the waitlist, simply send me an email.
o Please include the following details in your email:

  • Commission Type

  • Character reference

  • Any specific notes

  • Your contact information

o Upon receiving your email, I'll review your request and notify you via email whether I can accept it or not.
o If your commission is accepted, you'll be added to the waitlist. I'll reach out to you as soon as a slot becomes available.
o Please note: I can only accept up to 5 waitlist requests at a time.
o If my social media indicates that the waitlist is full, kindly refrain from sending commission requests. This helps me keep things organized, and I may delete your email for this reason.

Additional Chargers

• 70% additional character
• If you’re ordering three characters, only one has a 70% discount.
• Additional props are up to 30 to 100%, depending on the complexity. (It can happen during the drawing process so pay the fee before I could continue on your commission)

FAQ

o DO NOT SUBMIT MY ART TO AIs: Please respect this request to maintain the integrity of my work.
o Reposting is allowed with CREDITS: Reposting is allowed as long as proper credits are given.
o No Printing or Selling: It is STRICTLY forbidden to print or sell my artwork and the commission.
o You can use my artwork as a profile picture (PFP), but please ask for permission first, especially if it's of my original characters. It's acceptable without asking if it's an existing fictional character.
o Please ASK permission if you want to use my artwork for other purposes (e.g., as a cover for a fanfic or as a reference for a character in your fic).
